The first port of call is the cosmopolitan city of Mumbai, known as the ‘Gateway to India’, where you’ll get the chance to explore a stellar selection of colonial architecture, temples and bazaars. You’ll then head to the UNESCO-listed Mormugao in Goa, where you can take a spice plantation tour and taste the best of Goan cuisine.
